A lot of families promise themselves they will carry their cameras with them at all times to ensure the best snapshots. At special events, parties, and holidays, they snap photos left and right, but the film goes undeveloped or the pics get locked on the hard drive. If you are looking to preserve family history and be able to look back on all of the great memories you have shared, take collections of snapshots. If you want them done professionally, visit a Cincinnati photography studio, especially if it is time for senior pictures. If you want an annual family photo, you can also have that done professionally. The same is true for special occasion photos like engagements and anniversaries. These professional photos can be framed for the entire family to enjoy. For parties and vacation, you can bring your own camera along to get the best memories on paper.

Photos are great for using in your home décor. You can frame each of them and hang them on the walls or display them on shelves and book cases. Visitors will enjoy looking at them and to keep the memories close to remember your history. Seeing the past years laid out before you makes daily life in your more pleasant. To perk up your décor and make the home feel more like your own, add photos of family and loved ones.

Once the photos are hung, it may be time to consider putting the other shots into a photo album. These can be simple books with plastic covers to protect your photos. Be sure to put dates and labels on photos. This may seem unnecessary now, but when relatives view it decades later, they may not recognize all of the faces. Having the photos labeled lets people remember family names. If you have the time and the creativity, you can put together a scrapbook with your photos that the entire family will love. Scrapbooks do not have to be elaborate, but they certainly can be. You can include stickers, decorative borders, or scraps of events like tickets or wrapping paper. This will make the book even more special and, kids and adults will love to look back on all of the relics. With scrapbooks, you will be able to freeze a moment in history. If you are looking for a great way to capture family memories, and you want to make your photographs stand out, consider framing them and using them as home décor, or put together a great family album.

After more than ten years of education, your final year of high school could be one of the best of your life. Many students have already gotten into to college, or they have at least gotten the admissions process underway. By halfway through the school year, they are qualified graduates, so they can relax, have some fun, and enjoy spending time with their high school friends before leaving for college. If you want to be able to make the most of your final year of high school, get a jump on all there is to do before graduation. Create a list of all you need to accomplish during your junior year and the summer between then and your final year. That way, halfway through the year, you can wrap things up and enjoy the ride. You can begin with having your senior pictures taken. Those living in the Ohio area can visit a Cincinnati photography studio for professional photographs they will cherish for a long time to come.

Once the photographs are taken, get college issues organized. Decide whether you are going and where you will go. Gather applications and materials for filling them in. Read through each and make a list of supplies you need, what the deadlines will be, and essay topics.

Keep in mind it is alright to us the same essay more than once, so if the questions are more general, try to use the same essay for more the one application. If appointments are needed, get them scheduled. Work months in advance so, once they are scheduled you can get them on your calendar and focus on other stuff.

Once you have the college stuff out of the way, focus on the year ahead. It may begin like every other school year, but soon it gets busy. Following the first of the year, you will be running around like crazy. Get on top of tasks as soon as you can. It is never too early to shop for graduation gifts for your friends. Consider shopping after Christmas for bargains. This way, your gifts are done and it will be less on your list for May and June.

If you will be speaking at events, start thinking about your speech material. Give yourself time for writing and practice. If the events around your graduation are less formal, be sure to shop for clothes and necessities for each party. Talk to friends about limos, dresses, and dinners as soon as you can. The earlier you get stuff done during your last year of high school, the more time there will be for fun.

As Heather drove to the Cincinnati photography studio, she was thinking about how she was going to look in her photos. As a graduating upperclassman in her high school, she was excited to be getting her senior pictures taken and was looking forward to receiving them. As she maneuvered the congested traffic situation her thoughts were about the three different outfits she had brought along to change into and also she was concerned about her new haircut and how well it would look in the finished products. As she came to a traffic light she was not paying attention and discovered belatedly that the car up ahead had come to a halt and she saw brake lights coming up very fast in her line of vision. She slammed on the brakes and was able to slow her car but not bring it to a complete stop and the next thing she knew she had plowed into the car in front of her. There were no injuries but she was very frightened and the inconvenience of having to deal with the other driver and contacting her insurance company to report the accident.

A lot of bad choices can be the root of a car crash but the major one is inattention just as the above story illustrates. This can be precipitated in many ways but the four most frequent contributors are:

1.	Talking on a cell phone – There is no way to know how many accidents have been caused because a person was talking on his or her cell phone and was paying attention to the conversation rather than concentrating on the road. It is tempting to use travel time to conduct conversations but it is a perilous activity to try to do two things at once and do them well.

2.	Texting – This is a fairly recent habit that many people participate in and is known to be an unsafe and hazardous activity.Teenagers especially are prone to receive and answer a text message while behind the wheel and that combined with driving inexperience makes them very vulnerable to having an accident.

3.	Eating – Eating while driving a car can take attention away from the task at hand because multi-tasking in this way is messy and dangerous. When people spill food or soft drinks on their clothing, it frequently causes a knee jerk reaction to take care of the problem and taking their eyes off of the road for even that brief amount of time can result in an unfortunate situation.

4.	Consuming alcohol – Sadly, this is so commonplace that people are no longer surprised when they find out that an accident involves one or the other parties who have been drinking before getting behind the wheel. The effects are often exhibited through poor concentration, slow response times and poor judgment through bad driving decisions that are made while a person is under the influence of alcohol. It is a familiar reality that a great deal of car crashes are caused by people who have made the unfortunate choice to drink and then drive even though there are many efforts being made to educate the public that this is a deadly decision to many drivers.
